1924 are reproduced below (WWAN 84, no. 745): 
”... 1. The defendant Company is bound on pain of distress not to use the name ‘Wiener 
Wäsche=Werkstätte' without the distinguishing suffix ‘Krieser’ in business announce- 
ments of all kinds and in all business dealings. 
2. The defendant Company is bound on pain of distress to remove within fourteen days 
the Company name plates bearing the incomplete name ‘Wiener Wäsche=Werkstätte’ 
without the suffix ‘Krieser’...”
