im  Österreichischen  Museum  für
angewandte  Kunst  befinden.  Bemerkenswerte ­
  Objekte  aus  dem
Landesmuseum  Joanneum,  Graz
(Abteilung  für  Kunstgewerbe)  bilden ­
  eine  wertvolle  Bereicherung,
Die  Vielfalt  der  Glasproduktion
von  1905  bis  1925  aus  dem  Gebiet
der  österreichisch-ungarischen
Monarchie  bzw.  deren  Nachfolgestaaten ­
  scheint  nahezu  unerschöpflich ­
  zu  sein.  Der  Katalog  ist
wegen  der  Fülle  des  Materials
zweigeteilt:  der  erste  Band  umfaßt
Glas  mit  Schliff,  der  zweite  wird

The  present  publication  is  the  first
part  of  a  planned  two-volume  catalogue
  which  will  contain  all  the
glass  dating  from  the  period  between
  1905  and  1925  in  the  Austrian
  Museum  of  Applied  Art.
Remarkable  objects  from  the
Joanneum  Museum  in  Graz  form  a
valuable  addition  to  the  exhibition.
The  variety  of  glass  produced  in
the  period  1905  to  1925  in  the  area
of  the  Austro-Hungarian  Monarchy
and  the  countries  which  succeeded
  it  seems  virtually  inexhaustible.
  The  catalogue  is  divided
into  two  parts  in  view  of  the  quantity
  of  the  material.  The  first
volume  deals  with  cut  glass,  the
second  with  the  remaining  types
(stained,  etchea,  engraved  and
painted  glass,  etc.).
