A.—RAW  MATERIALS  FOR  PAPER  MANUFACTURE.

A  large  number  of  fibrous  substances  has  from
time  to  time  and  in  different  localities  been  applied
in  India  to  the  manufacture  of  paper.  Besides  these
a  number  have  also  been  experimented  upon  at
home.  The  supply  of  raw  material  for  paper  in
India  is  almost  without  limit.  The  following  Collection ­
  from  the  India  Museum,  London,  has  been
exbibited
